Laleham Heritage Centre holds a wealth of documents, maps, photographs, books and artifacts relating to Laleham and the surrounding area. At the core of the archive is the ‘Sanctuary collection’; the papers collected by local residents John and Maisie Sanctuary, which were donated to the village by their son Gerald in 1998. Over the years the collection has significantly expanded, largely through the generous donations of local people.
The Heritage Centre and All Saints Parish Office share a building on Broadway. The original conversion of this council owned building in 1996, and its refurbishment in 2017, were funded by the Parochial Church Council, after an earlier scheme to create a Heritage Centre and Information Centre had to be abandoned through lack of funds. The Parochial Parish Council holds the lease, which permits the use of part of the premises as a Heritage Centre, Information Centre and Museum.
